All shipping costs include the purchase price. This way we prevent you from being confronted with unexpected costs at checkout.

When can I expect my order?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium we aim for a delivery time within 5 working days. Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium? Then your article will be on its way for longer. This table gives an indication.

Where is my order?
You can always follow your package with the track-and-trace code you received by email. If you have not yet received this message, it is possible that this message has ended up in your spam inbox or that your order has not yet arrived.
Why have I not received confirmation of my order?
It sometimes happens that the confirmation email has ended up in your spam box, just to be sure you can check this again. If you ordered more than 30 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation by email, please contact us
Payment and returns
Which payment methods does Rembrandt Etchings' webshop accept? In our webshop you can use different payment methods, namely iDEAL, Credit Card and Paypal. Whichever method you choose, you always pay securely.
Do you want to return an etching? No problem, there is a 14-day return option for orders. This period starts from the moment you have received the order. If you have received a damaged product, please first contact our customer service via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
As soon as we have received the return shipment in good condition, we will refund the purchase price and shipping costs within 14 days at the latest. The credit will be paid with the same payment method with which you paid us. The postage costs for the return will not be reimbursed.
How do I return my order or part of my order?
Step 1. Check whether you are still within the return period of 14 days (after receiving your order).
Step 2. Do you still have the original box? Then pack this product in this box including the filling. If you no longer have this, another box is also fine. Pack it well. Rembrandt-etchings is not responsible for damage incurred during the return process
Step 3. State the following address details on your package: Rembrandt-etchings.nl Radioweg 28-1, 1098NH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Step 4. Deliver your package to the desired postman. The postage costs for returning your package will not be reimbursed. Do you opt for a package with track and trace? Then keep the proof of shipment well, or take a photo of it just to be sure. This is proof that you have returned your package. If the package gets lost in the post, we can do more for you if you have this proof.
